I understand that sometimes things happen & you have to adjust appointment times. However, I kindly ask for at least a 48hour notice for any cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot.✨ -CANCELLATION in less than 24hrs will result in a 50% charge of service selected. If card does not go through, you are required to pay the remaining balance before booking again. -NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charge 75% of the service selected. If card fails to go through you will be banned until payment is received. -TARDINESS I have 10 minute grace period to allow for traffic & parking. If you’re running later than 11minutes, please text ahead to see if I have the availability to complete your service & this will also result in $15 late fee. Anything after 15mins your appointment may be cancelled & charged a 50% fee. One late client can throw off my entire schedule and cause my other clients to be late for their commitments. -REFUNDS: No refunds under any circumstances. If for any reason you are unhappy with your set, please let me know before leaving so we can fix them to your liking. -NAIL FIX if you break/chip/lifting a nail within 7 day period please do not hesitate to reach out for a free fix at the earliest convenience. After the 7 day mark it will be a $5 repair for each nail. -PAYMENTS are due in cash or card. All card payments have a 2.8% processing service fee. If you choose to pay in cash, please keep in mind I do not carry change.
